Strategic Planning Session with Senior Executives at Suncor Energy
FUSE Facilitation led a strategic planning session to support Suncor Energy, the world's largest integrated oil and gas supplier, in transitioning a $400M portfolio with 500 team members from a project-centric to a product-centric approach for product development. The session engaged Suncor's executive leadership, including Directors, General Managers, Program Managers, and C-suite leaders, to align on a vision and strategy for the Product Model initiative.
