We're a facilitation company based in Calgary, with facilitators across Canada and clients from coast to coast. All of our facilitators bring real leadership experience and are trained in our approach, which combines working with the dynamics that often go unspoken through Relationship Systems Coaching, creating high-energy and memorable experiences by designing our workshops using the principles of Training from the Back of the Room, and adapting how we work to the developmental needs of each group through Leadership Maturity Coaching.
