Erkan started out writing software and ended up leading the people who build it, which is how he found facilitation in the first place. He's spent seventeen years on large-scale change work with organizations like the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Suncor, and ADP, and he's one of a small handful of people worldwide to hold all three of Scrum Alliance's guide-level certifications.
He speaks on stages around the world, but he'll tell you the best part of the job is still the moment a stuck group works out what to do next. He works most often with executive teams, boards, and cross-functional groups trying to get aligned on something difficult.
